Final finished Fish in Maya

Our first project in Maya was to make a simple 3D fish, and this is my result in this project. Im actually really happy with how it came out i feel it looks good and crisp but there are some problems with the merging to the two sides of the fish which i will need some fixing but nothing to hard to change. In overall tho as a first project i am actually pretty proud of how it all came out. 

VD First Lesson !!

Today was the first lesson we had in our class room! In the morning we were doing 2D lessons.
Our first project was to check an image we were given and copy it as best as we could, now these was the first time i have properly done a Photoshop drawing so i am actually quite please with the final outcome despite the fact i can point out a lot of errors in the drawing, such as there are too many colours in her face and the whole structure of her face is slightly squished.
I was taken away by the some skill of some people in my course, i have a lot of work to do if i want to try and catch up with them.
